企业竞争情报与人力资源管理整合研究


本文尝试将竞争情报与人力资源管理整合起来以提高企业竞争力。从企业竞争情报理论对人力资源管理的影响和人力资源管理对竞争情报的影响两方面简析企业竞争情报与人力资源管理的关系,分析了人力资源管理与竞争情报的整合利益,提出了竞争情报与人力资源管理的两项整合策略,即建立竞争情报系统与人力资源管理系统的融合管理系统、优化竞争情报人力资源管理。

ABSTRACT


This paper tried to integrate the competition information and human resources management to improve enterprise competitiveness. From a business enterprise competition information theory to the influence of human resources management and human resources management to the influence of the competition information, this paper noned of the business enterprise competition and human resources management.
And then, this paper analyzed the information and human resources management integration of the numerous benefits. Finally,this paper made the competition information and human resources management integration of two tactics。Two tactics
are the competition information system and human resources management system management system of blending,human resources management to optimize the competition information。
