组织心理契约管理应用-新《劳动法》出台对心理契约的影响


新《劳动法》推出,在社会引起不少震动,各单位的人事部门想尽办法回避《劳动法》的某些条款。华为变相裁员、一些大型企业用工方式改用劳务派遣或赶在新《劳动法》实施前重新签订劳动合同等,这一系列的举措不仅改变了原有的劳动契约,还影响了组织和员工的心理契约。本篇文章主要探讨组织心理契约的管理应用,新《劳动法》出台对心理契约的影响,展望心理契约未来的发展方向。

ABSTRACT
New "Labor Law" introduced in the community has been a lot of shock, and units and personnel departments are trying to evade the "Labor Law" provision. Huawei disguised layoffs, some large enterprises to switch to labor dispatch, driving in the new "Labor Law" before re-signing of the labor contract. A series of initiatives not only changed the existing labor contracts, but also the organizational and psychological staff lease. This paper mainly discusses the organization psychological contract management applications, and the new "Labor Law" published on the impact of the Psychological Contract, Prospect psychological contract direction for future development.
