我国公共图书馆参考咨询服务的现状及建议

公共图书馆，是人们在社会生活中获取知识、信息，缩小“数字鸿沟”的重要途径，是实现社会大众终生学习的教育基地。而参考咨询服务体现的是以人为本的精神，能够实现图书馆为不同用户提供无差别服务、实现突破时空限制的服务，体现了公共图书馆均等服务的理念。我国公共图书馆参考咨询服务正处于不断发展中的探索阶段，为了更好地满足时代需要，为社会发展、经济建设、人文建设做贡献，公共图书馆应该深入到社会需求中去，改“用户来图书馆”为“图书馆到用户中来”的理念，开展各种各样的参考咨询服务，切实为国家建设、政府决策研究、企业发展、科技兴国、农民脱贫致富服务，为社会文化传播与用户终身教育服务。目前，我国公共图书馆参考咨询服务开展过程存在许多问题，而本文将试图通过分析，找出问题产生原因，并就此提出一些解决问题的建议。

ABSTRACT
Public libraries,the important way for people to acquire knowledge、information and narrowing the “Digital Gap”,is also the education base of the lifelong learning. The reference service reflects the spirit of people-oriented, realizes public libraries’ sevices for different petrons without time or space limited, truly embodies public libraries’ concept of equal sevices.Our public libraries’ reference work is at the exploratory stage, in order to better meet the needs of the times, to contribute for social development, economic and cultural construction, requiring public libraries to go deep into the social needs,changing their concept form “User to library” to “Library to user”. With carrying out a variod kinds of reference sevices to work effectively for national construction, government decision-making research, enterprises’ development, science and technology, the Poverty alleviation for the farmers,the socio-cultural communication and user lifelong education. Currently, our public libraries’ reference work is just started , remaining lots of problems. And this article attempt to indentify the problems by analyzing and try to give some suggestion of the solution to the problem.
