高校新型竞争情报系统构建分析

高校内外的竞争日益激烈，而竞争情报在辅助决策时的作用日益突出，可以说，建立高校竞争情报系统刻不容缓。传统的构建高校竞争情报系统是为高校领导层服务的，但是一个高校的竞争力是综合各方面的，为高校领导层、教职工、大学生服务的系统才是更有效的，更符合师生的需求。高校新型竞争情报系统应该具有自我认知、环境监测、对手研究和策略提供四个功能，构建好具有这些功能的系统，会遇到各种各样的困难，需克服各种各样的难题，无论是智力、人力财力、物力上的问题，无论是技术因素还是人文因素，都需要采用有效地措施加以解决。在完成高校竞争情报系统的构建工作之后，有效的系统运行保障制度同样是必须的。

ABSTRACT
Increasing competition within and outside universities, and competitive intelligence plays an increasingly role in supporting decision-making. It is really necessary to establish a competitive intelligence system in the university. The old system is only served for the university leadership. I do think it should serve more, including faculty and students. The new system should have a clear way to help the user know himself , to research the competitors，to analyze the environment and to provide strategy. To provide these services,the construction work should be done well.
We may encounter kinds of difficulties, intellectual or material issues.What we can do is to adopt
effective measures to solve them. To make sure the system runs well, it is impotant to establish a security system.
