供应链中的逆向物流问题
近年来，供应链在市场竞争中的战略地位日益显著。企业在注重供应链的整体竞争优势时，已经不能忽视在供应链中与正向物流流程相反的逆向物流，它不仅是构成完整供应链的环节之一，而且符合新环境法规与追求最大经济价值的要求。为此，本文论述了逆向物流的内涵及其构成，分析了企业实施逆向物流的意义，并对目前逆向物流存在的问题进行了探讨。为了提高供应链的整体效益，提出了在供应链管理下的逆向物流对策研究。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the strategic significance of supply chain in market competition is increasingly remarkable. Enterprises realize its integral competitive advantages, at the same time they can not neglect the reverse logistics in supply chain, which is in a contrary direction of obverse logistics. Not only being a link in a complete supply chain, but also is a result of building new law environment and achieving profit maximization. Therefore, the connotation and constitution of reverse logistics is explained, the significance that enterprises implement reverse logistics is analyzed, and the present problems of reverse logistics are discussed. In order to improve the whole benefit of supply chain, the countermeasures research on reverse logistics under the surrounding of supply chain management is proposed.
