我国中小企业的第三方物流和自营物流方案的比较研究物流发展的水平已经成为一个国家、一个地区、一个企业核心竞争力的重要标志之一。物流--商品的流通的合理性和科学性在中小企业的经营中的重要性非常突出。本文从中小企业视角出发，深入地探讨了第三方物流和自营物流各自的特点，以及中小企业应用这两种解决方案的正负面效应，在全面比较研究的基础上，根据实际情况提出了中小企业在物流解决方案选择的对策和建议。

ABSTRACT
The development of the logistics has become one of the most important symbols for the core competitiveness of enterprises, and a region, and even a country. To SMEs, developing a reasonable and scientific logistics is Indispensable. From the perspective of SMEs, the article wills analysis the characteristics of the third-party logistics and self-logistics, and summarizing their positive and negative effects. On the basis of a comprehensive study, and according to the actual conditions, the article will point out that SMEs how to choice the logistics solution and how to develop the logistics.
