在当今的国际竞争环境下,企业与企业之间的竞争己转变为供应链与供应链之间的竞争。市场中的企业如何根据自身的情况,构建适合本企业的供应链,选择适合本企业的供应链合作伙伴已成为其不得不思考的问题。因此,本文介绍了供应链发展的现状和趋势以及供应链管理的目标,重点分析了建立供应链良好合作伙伴关系的优点以及步骤,并论述了通过建立与上下游企业的良好关系来提高企业的竞争力。最后,文章讨论了怎么样利用供应链来开拓市场。

ABSTRACT

In today's international competitive environment,the competition  among enterprises has changed into the competition between the supply chain. The enterprises in the market how to build a suitable supply chain and choose suitable supply chain partnership according to own condition has become a question, which has to think about. This paper introduces the current situation and the future development trend of supply chain firstly. Later it goes on discussing the purpose of supply chain management. This paper focuses on advantages and steps of establishment with good cooperation. By building the good cooperation with the enterprise of upstream and downstream, this paper talks about how to enhance the competitiveness. Finally, the article discusses how to use the supply chain to develop the market.
