当前我国企业知识型员工的激励问题浅析

进入知识经济时代,企业之间的竞争、知识的创造、利用与增值、资源的合理配置,最终都要依靠知识的载体——知识型员工来实现,作为知识载体的知识型员工在企业中的作用越来越重要,成为企业价值的重要组成部分。而如何有效地激发知识型员工的积极性和创造性,已成为企业重点研究的问题之一。本文研究的是当前我国企业对知识型员工的激励问题,并针对其激励因素,设计系统科学的激励机制,采取合理有效的激励策略。主要从知识型员工的概念与特征出发,在清楚地界定知识型员工的基础上分析知识型员工激励的特殊性;针对我国目前对知识型员工激励的现状,探讨其中存在的各种问题,并且提出相应的激励机制和改进措施,全面的分析了知识型员工不同于传统员工的激励特点。而随着外界环境的不断变化,企业对知识型员工的激励方法也要不断地更新,去适应新环境下的需求,与时俱进。

Abstract

Enter the knowledge economy era, the competition between enterprises, the knowledge creation, the use and the increment, the rational allocation of resources, ultimately depends on a carrier of knowledge - knowledge staff to achieve, as knowledge carrier of the knowledge-type employees an increasingly important role in enterprises, became an important part of enterprise value. And how to inspire knowledgeable staff's enthusiasm and creativity, has become one of the key research problems of enterprise . This paper studies the current our country enterprise incentive problem of the knowledge-type employees, And for its incentive factors to design system scientific incentive mechanism, to take reasonable effective incentive strategy . This article starts from the concept of knowledge-based employees incentive and its characteristics, the author analyzes the particularity of the knowledge-type employees incentive; aiming at the present situation of knowledge employee motivation, this paper discusses the existing problems , and put forward the corresponding incentive mechanism and improvement measures. A comprehensive analysis of the knowledge staff is different from traditional staff incentive characteristics . With the constant change of the external environment of the knowledge-type employees, enterprise incentive methods should be constantly updated, to adapt to the new environment needs, advancing with The Times.
