游戏在小学英语教学中的应用


随着世界的发展,小学英语教学越来越被全社会重视。英语作为一门必修课,已进入小学英语课堂。然而,小学英语教学方法仍在探索之中。一个常见的现象是,学生的英语学习兴趣随着时间而减少。并且会出现一个普遍的现象,学生在英语课堂上会越来越被动。作者通过观察和实践发现孩子们对只有学习英语知识的课堂根本不感兴趣,时间长了就会对外语产生反感,从而学习成绩无法提高。但是如果在课堂中使用游戏教学,他们能够在娱乐中提高学习成绩,对学习外语感到轻松,从而提高了学习英语的兴趣;而且游戏还有一些其他的作用,例如,游戏能够培养学生们的团队合作意识,认识到个体在团队中的作用。实验结果证明做游戏是英语教学中的有效方法之一。但是有些游戏运用不当也存在一些问题。通过分析这些问题存在的原因,作者得出游戏在课堂应用过程中应遵循一些原则。小学英语课堂上游戏的应用, 符合情景教学理念。

Abstract
With the development of the world, primary English is emphasized more and more. English, as a compulsory course, has already been into primary school classes. However, English teaching methods in primary school are still under exploration. A common phenomenon is that pupils’ interest in English is decreasing as time moves on. And pupils become more and more passive which are suitable for the development of children’s physiology. By observing and teaching, the teacher finds that the students are not interested in learning English as the traditional teaching method. With the time going, the students will be fed up with English, and their score will be lower. However, if the teacher applies games in the classes, the students will be very interested and they can increase their score with pleasure; what’s more, they feel relaxed with English classes and be more interested in English. Besides, games have some other effect, for example, games can cultivate students’ collective cooperative consciousness. Through experiment, it is proved that games are one of the effective methods. But some games have some problems because they are not applied rightly. By means of analyzing the reason of these problems, the author gets that the application of the game should follow some principles. The application of games in primary English classes fix for the situational teaching method.
