数字化校园的理念与实践-兼对xx大学数字校园的案例分析

信息化是当今世界发展的大趋势,是衡量高校现代化程度和综合实力的重要标志之一,是实现高校跨越式发展、推动高等教育大众化、建设学习型社会、构建终身教育体系的重要途径。数字校园是推进教育信息化的关键，文章首先从数字校园的提出背景和相关理论阐释了它的基本理念；接着从数字校园的结构和具体建设上提出了如何完成它的实践；接着在分析了数字校园建设现状的基础上，结合河北大学自身实际情况，对如何成功构建数字化校园进行了探讨；最后，针对数字校园建设存在的一些不足提出自己的一些看法和改进策略。

The informationization is now the general trend of the world development , is one of the important symbols of weighing the degree of university modernization and the comprehensive strenth.It is an important way to realize leap-forward development of the university, to promote the popularity of higher education,to develop learning society,to construct lifelong education system.The digital campus is the key point to advance educational informationization. This article firstly explain the basic idea from the background of proposing digital campus and related theories;next,it put forward how to complete its practice from the view of the digital campus's structure and the concrete construction;then on the basis of analyzing the present situation of digital campus construction  it discusses how to sucsessfully construct digital campus,standing by the situation of Hebei University's own actual situation;finally,it proposes its own views and the improving strategy, pointing against the exsiting insufficiencies of digital campus construction.
