企业信息化产业环境分析与建设

随着中国加入WTO和世界经济的全球化，加强企业信息化建设已经被越来越多的企业提上日程，而企业信息化的产业环境除了对企业信息化建设提供支持外，也制约着企业信息化的深度和程度：良好的产业环境对企业信息化建设起着重大的推动作用，使企业信息化建设事半功倍；较差的产业环境不但使企业信息化建设滞后，影响企业信息化建设的成功实施，还可能使企业陷入万劫不复的境地。企业信息化产业环境和企业信息化的发展水平和经济效益密切相关。本文以企业信息化产业环境的几个要素为研究对象，在深入剖析这几个因素的现状和不足的基础上，结合对其发展趋势的研究论证，对企业信息化产业环境建设提出建议，旨在建设与企业信息化相适应的产业环境，推动企业信息化建设的进程，提高企业的灵活应变能力，改善企业的经营管理机制，增加企业的效益。

ABSTRACT

With China's accession to the WTO and the globalization of world economy, an increasing number of companies has put strengthen enterprise information construction on the agenda. In addition to provide support to enterprise information The corporate information technology industry enviroment but also constraining the depth and extent of enterprise information: a good industrial environment played a major role in pushing forward the enterprise information construction, so that the enterprise information construction much easier ; poor industrial environment not only lagging the building of enterprise information, affecting the successful implementation of the enterprise information, but also enable enterprises into the situation of redemption.Enterprise information industry environment and the development of enterprise information is closely related to economic efficiency. In this paper, we olny talk about a few elements of enterprise information industry, based on depth analysis about the status and inadequate of these factors ,and study their development trends .We make some suggestions,in order to construct a suitable enviroment for enterprise information , promote enterprise information construction process , increase their resilience capacity, improve corporate management mechanism and increase the efficiency of enterprises.
