中小外贸公司制单过程中存在的问题与对策—以烟台同德食品有限公司为例

当今世界经济全球化的趋势日益加强，国际贸易与对外交往也日益频繁.随着我国对外贸易的发展, 制单在外贸中的作用越来越大。
本文以作者在烟台同德食品有限公司的一次实习经历为背景，将探讨中小型外贸企业制单过程中的问题与对策，从而提高外贸单证员的各种能力，具备从事外贸单证行业的品质。本文首先介绍了出口单证的详细信息。其次介绍了制单过程中普遍存在的问题。然后介绍了如何解决制单过程中普遍存在的问题。再次以发票为例，详细介绍在制单过程中存在的问题与对策。最后综述了制单的基本程序并指出了论文的不足之处和改进方向。

Analysis of the Problems and Strategies on the Process of Making out Documents in Small and Medium-Sized Trade Companies

Abstract
International trade and communications have become more and more frequent due to the economic globalization. Thus, making out documents dominates a key part in foreign trade in China.
The thesis will cope with the problems and solutions on the proof making out documents in little trade company under the background of an internship of the author in YanTai Ted Foods Company Limited in order to improve the comprehensive operation abilities of the documentation specialists and make them have the professional qualities, abilities and knowledge in engaging foreign trade documents. In this thesis, firstly, the detailed information about export documents is introduced. Then the general problems of making out documents are discussed. In the third part, the strategies to solve the above problems are put forward. In the fourth part, a detailed analysis of commercial invoice is given to talk about the problems and strategies in making out the invoice. In the end, the procedures of making out documents and the improvement of the thesis are given.
