论摄影记者的职业素养

  在中国传媒现代化的今天，新闻媒体之间的竞争也在日益加剧。而新闻图片往往比文字更具视觉冲击力,图片带给读者的影响是文字所无法替代的,所以新闻摄影在传媒中的重要地位也就不言而喻。在激烈的竞争中，新闻摄影记者们都拿出十八般武艺来博取受众的眼球。那么在拍摄出优秀作品的同时，摄影记者们是否依旧秉持着良好的记者职业素养，这就是本文所要探讨的问题。  
优秀的摄影作品与职业素养对于一个专业的新闻摄影记者而言是同样重要并且缺一不可的。摄影记者首先是作为一名新闻记者而存在，应该具备一名新闻工作者应有的职业道德素养和新闻素质。摄影作品不能一味的迎合受众和制造爆点，更应该坚持新闻图片的真实性和纪实性，体现新闻价值，这才是作为评判优秀新闻摄影作品的标准。本文将简单介绍摄影记者职业素养的涵义，随后将通过分析国内外几起较为著名的新闻摄影案例来探讨新闻摄影记者的职业素养的重要性、造成新闻摄影记者职业素养缺失的原因及其提高措施。最后将阐述个人对新闻摄影记者职业素养的看法并作出总结。

The professional qualities of photojournalist

Abstract

The modernization of the Chinese media, competition in the media become more and more intenser.The news photos have greater visual impact than the writing ，it's Irreplaceable for the reader。So the photojournalism play an important role in the media.In the competition,the photojournalist can do everything to attract attention。And whether the photojournalist hold on professional qualities when they take the excellent photo? This is the problems the article have to discuss。

The excellent news photos and the professional qualities both is important for the photojournalist.At first the photojournalist is belong to reporter，they must have some professional qualities what the reporter should have.News photos can't meet the all needs of the readers,it should insist on the truth and documentary,show the value of news. This is the standard to evaluate news photography.This article will introduce the meaning of photojournalist professional qualities, then we will analyse some famous news photography examples to discuss the importance of photojournalist professional qualities. The article will find the reasons of the professional qualities to reduce. At last, I will show my opinions and make a summarize about the occupational literacy of photojournalist.
