小学教育和学前教育本科生专业认同比较


 本文通过问卷法和访谈法,对杭州师范大学初等教育学院小学教育及学前教育大一到大三一共165名学生进行了关于专业认同感比较的调查研究。并得出结论:1、在整体的专业认同感上,小学教育和学前教育存在显著差异,尤其体现在认知维度和情感维度。2、小学教育和学前教育专业认同感受到专业了解程度、志愿填报动机、专业认同环境等因素的影响。同时,本研究通过讨论分析,为提高高校的本科小学教育和学前教育专业的专业认同感提出相关建议。


    Using questionnaire method and interviewing method, we investigated 165 students about the professional identity, all of whom major in Elementary Education and Preschool Education in Primary Education College of Hangzhou Normal University . The conclusions are:1. Huge differences exit between elementary education and preschool education as for the overall professional identity, particularly the cognitive dimension and emotion dimension; 2. The professional identity of elementary education and primary education was affected by many factors, such as the different major understanding, the motivation of voluntary reporting, the professional identity environment. Meanwhile, in order to improve the professional identity of elementary education and preschool education in undergraduate study, this report also offered some relevant suggestions based on discussions and analysis.
