文化自觉视阈下的档案馆服务工作
面对世界文化软实力竞争日益激烈和我党文化体制改革的伟大号召，提升档案工作的文化自觉性，发挥档案文化价值，显得尤为重要。本文以河北省保定市档案馆为案例，从文化自觉的角度探讨现今档案馆服务工作面临的问题现状，强调了文化自觉在档案馆服务工作中的重要作用，为当前档案馆服务工作的进一步发展完善提出了建议。

Abstract：Facing the increasingly fierce world cultural soft power competition and the great call of the party about the reform of the cultural system, it has become more and more important for us to enhance the self-consciousness of the archival work and play the cultural value of the archives. In this paper, archives in Baoding Hebei Province is the case. It studies the problems faced by archives’ service work from the point of view of cultural self-consciousness, stressing the important role of cultural self-consciousness in the archives service work. In addition, it brings forward some recommendations for the further development and improvement of archives service work.
