校园招聘专员关键绩效行为设计


本文通过关键绩效行为与关键绩效指标的对比,在分析校园招聘专员招聘行为的基础上,参考前人的研究意见,根据招聘行为的关键性,归纳出6个校园招聘专员的关键绩效行为,他们分别是做好聘前岗位评估、选择合适的院校和进入时机、明确简历筛选门槛、精心准备笔试和面试问题、快速做出甄选决定以及重视并做好招聘的后续工作。

Abstract

By contrasting Key Performance Behavior and Key Performance Index, this thesis, refering to predecessor’s research on a basis of analyzing the Campus Recruitment Specialist’s behavior, concludes five Key Performance Behaviors for Campus Recruitment Specialist in accordance with the recruitment behavior, namely job evaluation before recruitment,the selection of appropriate institutions and enrolling time, the awareness of resume screening threshold, the preparation of written examination and interview, the quick response to selecting decision and the emphasis on completing the follow-up work of recruitment.
