大学生创业意愿及其影响因素

创业活动作为当今世界发展和经济发展的重要推动力，无论是在社会上，还是校园里，都得到了国内外广泛的关注。在我国，随着就业压力的不断增加和创业条件的成熟，越来越多的大学生选择了自主创业，引起了社会各界的关注。如何激发当今大学生的创业热情，提高其创业意愿成了当前迫切需要解决的问题。因此，有必要对目前大学生创业意愿发展状况及其影响因素进行深入研究。
本研究的主要目的在于探讨大学生创业意愿的影响因素，并在此基础上探究这些因素与学生创业意愿之间的关系。本研究采用文献分析法以及问卷调查等主要方法,同时结合了大学生的实际情况，初探大学生创业意愿现状及其影响因素。通过对494个学生的问卷调查，与此同时，用独立样本T检验和SPSS统计软件等统计方法对所提出的相关问题进行了验证和分析。研究得出以下结论:大学生的创业意愿普遍较高，在性别和父母的创业经历方面存在差异。同时创业教育、创新能力、政府科技园与大学生的创业意愿存在显著性相关。

ABSTRACT
An entrepreneurship activity which is the main driving force of the world and of great importance in economic development, which has been widespread on concerned home and abroad both in society and universities. In China, along with the increased employment pressure and the maturation of entrepreneurial conditions，more and more college students choose to start to their businesses which have aroused interest of all sectors of society. The most urgent problem to be solved is how to arouse the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of students and enhance the entrepreneurial intention of theirs. Above all, it is necessary to study the state and the influencing factors of development of the entrepreneurial intention of college students.
The main purpose of this study is to discuss the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention and on this basis to explore the relationship between these factors and entrepreneurial intention of college students. In this study，the writer used the research methods of literature analysis and survey. In the meanwhile, it combined with the actual situation of college students to make a preliminary study the influence factors of entrepreneurial intention of college students. Through the questionnaire survey of 494 students, using statistical method of independent-sample T test and the SPSS statistical software to test and analyze the related issues. The study reached the conclusions:
The entrepreneurial intention of college students is high and there is differences in gender and parents' entrepreneurial experience. What is more, entrepreneurship education, the innovation ability, the government science and technology park have proven that is a remarkable impact to college students' entrepreneurial intentions.
