风险投资机构组织模式的国际比较与中国借鉴
风险投资自其诞生以来，由于其在推动科技产业化方面的巨大作用，便迅速得到了世界各国的认同。尤其是进入上世纪七十年代以来，随着世界高科技产业的迅猛发展，风险投资更是犹如注入了“兴奋剂”一发而不可收，从而在全球范围内掀起了一股风险投资的浪潮。当今信息领域叱咤风云的环球巨子DEC、Microsoft、Yahoo等，都是在风险投资的注入下诞生并成长起来的。
我国风险投资在不足20年的时间中取得了很大发展，但与美、日、英等发达国家的风险投资成繁荣发展之势相比，仍然存在着很大的差距。本文将对西方的风险投资模式进行研究对比，分别运用采用文献分析法、文本细读法、比较法、综合分析法、经验总结法等多种方法进行分析，希望能提炼出适合中国国情的可借鉴的有利于促进中国风险投资迅速发展的方针。

Abstract

The global giant DEC, Microsoft, Yahoo and so on, were all born and grew up with the venture capital.
Risk investment in China has made a great development in less than 20 years, but compared with the prosperity and development of risk investment potential of the developed countries, Britain, Japan, still has a big gap. In this paper, the mode of risk investment in the West was studied, using the methods of literature analysis, the text method, comparison method, experience summary method to carry out analysis, hope to extract the suitable for China's national conditions of China is conducive to the promotion of the development of risk investment policy.
