我国A股市场经济晴雨表功能研究

在现代市场经济环境下，股票市场已成为一国资本市场乃至整个国民经济中的重要组成部分，成为国家优化资源配置、企业筹集资金、投资者分享经济增长收益的主要渠道之一，股票市场在经济发展中的重要性日益显现。因此，关于股票市场能否成为宏观经济的“晴雨表”更加令人关注。本文从股票市场和国民经济相互促进的关系入手，主要从理论上分析了我国股票市场从2000年至2012年“晴雨表”作用的表现和失灵状况，得出结论：我国股市尚不具备经济晴雨表功能；我国股市尚不成熟，影响了股市“晴雨表”作用的发挥。并最后对我国股市的良好发展提出政策建议。

ABSTRACT

In modern market economy environment, stock market plays an important part of capital market, even the entire national economy as optimization of resource allocation of state enterprises to raise funds investors share returns one of the main sources of economic growth becomes increasingly importance of stock markets in economic development. So whether the stock market can be macro economic "barometer" is a hot topic. In this paper, starting from the relationship between stock market and national economy, mainly from the theoretical analysis of the Chinese stock market from 2000 to 2012, "barometer" function performance and failure situation. Conclusion was draw that the Chinese stock market does not yet have economic barometer function; Chinese stock market is immature, to influence the exertion of the stock market "barometer" function. And finally put forward policy suggestions for the development of the Chinese stock market.
