ABSTRACT
After Investment frenzy in 2011，due to the influence of the stock market downturn in 2012 and exit channel contraction, huge profits era of the private equity industry is over, the equity markets return to rationality. This paper combs the related theory, analyzes the present situation and problem of private equity investment to look for promoting the sustainable development of the private equity market mechanism.
