私募股权投资与房地产开发融资新模式
私募股权投资作为一个创新型投融资方式，在全球范围内已形成一个庞大的产业。在当前国家宏观调控力度加大和房地产银行信贷难度增加的背景下，作为金融创新的私募股权融资为房地产业融资提供了新的和重要的途径。本文以拓宽房地产业融资渠道为研究目的，结合我国目前的私募股权发展现状、房地产开发现状，借鉴国外的先进融资模式，具体阐述了我国房地产开发企业私募股权融资的一般模式。

ABSTRACT
The private equity as an innovative investment and financing, on a global scale has formed a huge industry. In the context of the national macro-control efforts to increase and real estate bank credit more difficult for real estate financing, private equity financing as financial innovation provides a new and important way. To broaden the financing channels of real estate research purposes, combined with the development status of China's current private equity, real estate development and current situation, learn from advanced foreign financing model, specifically addressed the general pattern of real estate development enterprises in China private equity financing.
