男单竞技健美操的创编
20世纪80年代初健美操才传入我国，此后健美操发展速度越来越快，由最初的大众健美操转向了竞技健美操健美操的比赛也越来越多作为竞技健美操，有效地达到竞赛目的，只想把动作简简单单的串联起来是不够的，在创编的过程中我们一定要参照竞赛规则去创编，分析表明，根据竞技健美操的比赛规则和技术特点，将竞技健美操的套路结构和时间空间，音乐等因素有机的结合在一起，只有这样才能创编出具有观赏性艺术性的竞技健美操。
