xx中学健美操运动开展现状调查分析

本文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计等方法，通过对达县健美操运动开展程度以及教学现状的调查、分析，了解目前达县健美操运动的开设、师资等现状以及存在的主要问题，为达县中学健美操运动的开展提供参考依据。调查研究结果显示：健美操是中小学生比较喜爱的运动项目之一，具有广泛的群众基础，对于校园文化建设、学生身体素质的提高和培养学生终身体育意识都具有十分积极的作用。达县中学健美操运动在教学目标、课程设置、开设内容以及教师队伍现状等诸多方面还存在着诸多问题，针对所存在的问题，提出相应的对策。

Abstract:In this paper the author used questionnaire, literature data method, mathematical statistics method, through carrying out degree and aerobics daxian investigation and analysis of the current situation of the teaching, and try to understand the present, the creation of aerobics daxian teachers, current situation and etc, the main problems of instruction for daxian aerobics the development of the movement to provide the reference, the results showed that: The aerobics teaching in middle school daxian objectives, curriculum setting, opening the content and the present situation of teachers' team, and other aspects, there are still many existing problems, and putting forward to the corresponding countermeasures. Research results show that: aerobics is the favorite sport for secondary and primary students, with a broad mass base, for the construction of campus culture, the improvement of students' physical quality and ?
