在这个日新月异的互联网时代,旅游电子商务不断发展变化的今天,各大旅游网站竞争愈见激烈。尤其是携程的中介服务面临着巨大的挑战。当下,携程的盈利主要来自它的机票、酒店预订等中介服务,所以其盈利模式也就直接影响着携程的未来发展。如今面对来自各方的压力,及时认识携程自身存在的问题,并且采取高效的措施解决问题已是保证、提升携程品牌的坚实基础和关键所在。有效地整合上下游信息资源和业务的创新在很大的程度上影响了携程的核心竞争力,对于携程未来的成败具有重要的意义。本文从携程旅行网的消费者、盈利模式、物流等入手,分析出其每个模块所存在的问题,并在此基础上提出应对策略,对携程未来在电子商务领域的发展有一定的意义。
