企业知识管理的问题研究

在科技飞速发展的今天，以信息为主的经济时代已经逐步迈向知识经济时代。网络的普及与快速发展，使以有形产品价值为主导地位的企业面临更大的挑战。为了适应竞争环境的变化，越来越多的企业开始改变自己的发展战略，将目光转向知识经济发展上，部分企业已经投身于知识改变企业命运的浪潮中，将知识作为企业发展的重要资源。由此可以看出，知识已经在潜移默化中取代企业中资本、劳动力的重要地位，成为企业取得核心竞争力的关键。知识的资源化、资本化，也引起企业对知识管理的广泛探索研究与实践应用。知识管理已成为管理科学、工程学科的研究热点。本文对企业知识管理的意义进行了讨论，对企业知识管理存在的关键问题进行了分析，并提出了企业知识管理存在问题的解决方式。

Abstract：In the rapid development of science and technology, information-based economy era is already progressing towards the era of the knowledge economy. The popularity of the network and the rapid development of the enterprises are facing greater challenges for the dominant position in the value of the tangible product. In order to adapt to changes in the competitive environment, more and more enterprises begin to change their own development strategies, will turn its attention to the development of the knowledge economy, some enterprises have been involved in the knowledge to change the fate of the wave of knowledge as an important resource for the development of enterprises. It can be seen knowledge has replaced depicting the important position of corporate capital, labor, and the key to enterprise core competitiveness.
