中国出口商品频遭国外反倾销调查的原因及对策
从上世纪80年代以来，特别是随着WTO各成员关税的逐步降低、非关税壁垒的逐步取消，无论是发达国家还是广大发展中国家，都频繁使用反倾销手段来保护国内的企业和产业，使反倾销在国际贸易中愈演愈烈，对国际贸易发展、政治关系乃至世界经济产生了深远的影响。
在各国的反倾销中我国成为反倾销的最大受害国，对华反倾销立案数量连续18年居世界各个国家和地区之首。这已成为我国国际贸易发展的一个重要障碍。本文从我国出口商品频遭国外反倾销的现状入手进行分析，例举其影响，探索其原因，并有针对性地提出了具体的对策和建议。

China the Export Commodity Frequency to Suffer Overseas Counter-Dumping the Reason and the Countermeasure
Abstract
With the non-tariff barrier canceling and the customs duties lessening, many developed countries and developing countries apply Anti-Dumping to protect domestic industry for last century 80’s. This action in world trade becomes more and more, it will make a deep influence to world trade and world politics and economy development.
China becomes a largest affected country. The number of anti-dumping cases has been the number one for 18 consecutive years in various countries and regions of the world. This has become a major obstacle to China's international trade development. This paper starts from China's export anti-dumping situation analysis, examples of the impact, to explore the reasons, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions.
