从婚俗的不同看中西文化的差异

伴随着社会现代化的快速发展，人类社会发生着深刻的变革，这必然会导致包括婚俗文化在内的意识形态的转变。而当今中西国家进行越来越频繁的交流，人类社会文化正逐渐慢慢地融合在一起，但不同国家因地理、历史、宗教等原因，使得国家间存在着婚俗的差异。文化差异越大，婚俗的差异也就越大，就会影响人类的交流。
文化包括多样表现形式，婚俗是其中的一种表现。即婚俗的不同样式是不同民族不同文化的表达。婚俗本身表达了一种文化，即为婚姻双方所共同具有的观念和准则。要理解婚俗是一门真正的艺术，主要由于它随文化的不同而有很大的出入。文化决定着你举办怎么样的婚礼。
本文旨在分析中西婚俗不同来看清中西文化的差异。在第二部分和第三部分，对中西结婚仪式，婚礼服装，过程和婚姻观的不同进行阐述。接着，又试着从文化方面去得出一些可能导致不同的原因。

Viewing the Differences between the Chinese and Western Cultures from Their Different Marriage Customs

Abstract: With the speedy development of the modern society, great reforms have occurred in a variety of fields, which would lead to the alteration of ideology including the marriage customs. Nowadays, communications between China and the West are getting more and more frequent, making the culture of human society mix together gradually. However, there still exist some differences of marriage custom because of the different geography, history, religion and so on. As a result, the larger differences the cultures have, the larger hinder the expression of marriage custom confront, which will affect the communication of human society.
Culture bears a variety of forms and marriage custom is one of them. The different styles of marriage customs embody the different cultures in different ethnic groups. Actually, marriage custom refers to the shared concepts and criteria of a couple, which is the ideological aspect of culture. Thus, to realize marriage custom is a kind of true art, we should get a thorough understanding about the cultural diversity of it, since the culture determines what kind of wedding we hold.
The thesis is an analysis study on the differences between Chinese and western cultures from their different marriage customs. In Chapter Two and Three, the author explains those differences by illustrating different procedures, outlooks on marriage, wedding dresses, and so on. Then the author tries to give out some possible reasons for those differences from the aspect of culture.
