中美文化差异对国际商务谈判的影响及对策


不同文化条件下的商务谈判就是跨文化商务谈判。在世界经济日趋全球化的今天,国际间的商务活动变得更加频繁与紧密。但是,中美之间存在的巨大文化差异有可能激起国际商务谈判中的潜在的文化冲突与不必要的误会。所以这些商务谈判者应迫切需要学习不同国家间存在的文化差异,并在国际谈判中学会按照符合对方国家文化的举止进行自我约束。
     本论文分为三个部分分别介绍中美文化差异对国际商务谈判的影响和对策。第一部分为中美文化之间存在的差异介绍,重点从思维方式、语言、举止行为以及价值观之间的差异展开讨论每个点对国际商务谈判的影响;第二部分为国际商务谈判中潜藏的危险。第三部分为针对国际商务谈判过程中出现的文化差异及冲突的解决办法。分别包括如何建立跨文化交流意识,谈判前充分的准备以及通过客服沟通障碍最终双方达成共识,促成谈判。

Impacts and Solutions of Sino-US Cultural Differences on
International Business Negotiation

Abstract

Negotiation in different cultural conditions is the international negotiation. As the world is developing fast in the age of economic globalization, the international business communication activities are of frequent and close. However, the the huge cultural differences between the China and America may give rise to potential cultural conflicts and unnecessary misunderstandings in international negotiation. So it is imperative that negotiators should learn the cultural differences and tend to act according to their given cultures in Sino-U.S. business negotiation.
     This thesis has three parts discussing the impacts and solutions of Sino-US cultural differences in international negotiations. The first part is the introduction of the impact of cultural differences between China and America basically on thinking ways, languages, behaviors and values. The second part is some risks exist in international negotiations. The third part is some solutions of this phenomenon, which contain the understanding of different cultures and building the consciousness of cross-cultural communication as well as overcoming communication obstacles.
