钢铁有限公司镀锌板质量分析与改进
质量已经成为衡量一个企业发展好与坏的重要标志，质量体现一个企业的核心竞争力，也表现在企业对社会所肩负的社会责任，在提高质量的诸多途径中，其中较为有效的一种方法是对生产过程进行全面控制和持续改进。质量管理是企业运作的中心环节，它贯穿于企业各个方面，只有将质量管理和生产管理有机的结合起来，注重产品质量的持续改进，在改进中不断加强企业的核心竞争力，为企业获得更大的市场份额。
以钢板为主要材料的镀锌板产品主要应用于建筑、轻工、汽车、农牧渔业及商业等行业，质量的好坏影响了安全性和使用性。天津南辰钢铁有限公司是一家资金雄厚并且在镀锌板市场占有一定份额的合资企业，但由于今年来企业设备更新换代较慢，管理方法上出现问题，产品市场占有率下降，急需解决其本身的质量问题。
本文主要对镀锌板产品的工艺过程和产品数据进行整理和分析。综合利用工业工程相关理论和方法，并运用排列图，直方图，因果图等相关质量改进工具，找出产品质量中所存在的问题，运用PDCA循环的方法和步骤进行改进，最后进行改进前后的比较，证明其可行性。

The Tianjin Nanchen Steel Co., Ltd. is a well-funded and occupy a certain share of a joint venture in the galvanized sheet market, but as business equipment replacement slower this year, management methods, market share decline, the urgent need to solve their own quality problems.
In this paper, galvanized sheet products, process and product data collation and analysis. Comprehensive utilization of industrial engineering theory and methods, and use of the arrangement of the chart, histogram, cause and effect diagrams, and other related quality improvement tools to identify the problems in product quality, the use of the methods and steps of PDCA cycle to improve the final .
