工作研究理论在赫比公司中的应用研究
工作研究是一种现代科学管理技术，它是运用系统的方法，遵循科学的步骤，在一定生产技术和组织条件下寻求达到生产效率最高、成本最低的有关方法和进行工作测量的一种管理技术。
本文将以赫比公司为例，通过介绍该公司的生产的现状，并以工作研究理论为依托，剖析该公司生产流程中存在的问题及原因，并得出改善方案。通过对比该公司实施生产流程改善方法前后的数据，进而得出该公司改善后的效果。本论文希望通过系统、科学的研究，借助精益管理工具分析总结生产中存在的浪费现象，并设计相应的改善方案，在如何使用精益管理工具改善现场上获得更多的实践经验和理论总结，为生产企业降低生产成本，提高生产效率和保证产品质量提供更多的借鉴。

Working study using in the Hi-p company
ABSTRACT
Working study is a contemporary technology. With the systemic methods, scientific processes, productive technology and organizational conditions, it can bring us high productive efficiency.
In this paper, take Hi-p for example, through the extent situation and basis on the lean production theory to analysis the problem and its reason during the production process and then get improvement programs. By comparing Hi-p implementation of the improvement production processes data before and after, then access the company’s results after the implementation of lean production. This Paper hopes to systematic and scientific research，analyzed and summarized by lean management tools that exist in furniture production waste，and design the corresponding improvement，the use of Lean management tools to improve the site gained more practical experience and theoretical conclusion, as manufacturers cut Production costs, improve production efficiency and Product quality assurance Provide more lessons•
