中国天使投资发展分析

在发达国家中，天使投资在其经济活动中已经占有了重要的地位。随着上世纪末中国互联网创业浪潮的兴起，中国的天使投资也得到了初步发展。但不论在国内还是国外，天使投资相对来说都还是一种新生事物。其研究也还处于起步阶段，所以人们对其认识存在着各方面的不足。
本文先回顾中国天使投资发展的现状和存在的问题，再从天使投资的特性出发，并结合中国的国情，从风险、融资和经济发展这三个层次来论证在中国大力发展天使投资的必要性；从天使投资供给方和需求方这两个基本方面来分析其发展的可行性。目前，在中国由于法律法规的不完善，社会整体信用的不足和人们投资观念的局限等原因对发展天使投资存在着制约作用，因此本文还借鉴国内外的经验，针对这些问题提出对策建议。

Abstract
In developed countries, angel investment has already played an important role in its economy activity. With the rise of Chinese Internet start-ups in the last century, the angel investment in China also got preliminary development. Whether at home or abroad, angel investors are still relatively a new thing. The research of it is still at the beginning stage, so people doesn't have adequate knowledge about its existence.
This paper reviews the current situation and existing problems of the China angel investment. Then combined with Chinese national conditions and the characteristics of angel investors this paper demonstrate the need for the development of angel investment in China from the three levels of risk, finance and economic development ; From the supply-side and demand-side, these two basic aspects to analyze the feasibility of its development. At present, due to the imperfections of the laws and regulations, the lack of overall social credit, the limitations of invest concept and other reasons there are constraints on the development of angel investment in China . So this article draws on the experience at home and abroad, and make some suggestions to solves these problems.
