中国风险投资发展分析

风险投资在中国近年来发展十分迅速，它对于促进中国高新技术产业的发展，推动产业结构调整、优化资本配置等方面都起到了重要的作用。但是，我国的风险投资业还很不完善，如政府定位有所偏差、投资产业结构不合理，经营管理运作机制不完善和缺乏有效的退出机制等。本文从风险投资的概念、特点及其发展阶段着手，分析了中国风险投资的发展现状和风险投资在中国发展中所存在的问题，然后主要探讨了我国风投业发展的必要性，并结合中国新技术创业投资公司案例来分析如何创新风险投资的发展模式。最后，提出了今后我国风险投资的发展趋势与发展机遇。

Abstract

In recent years, venture capital developed rapidly in China, it played an important role in the development of Chinese high-tech industries, industrial structure, capital allocation and other aspects. However, Chinese venture capital industry is far from perfect. For example, government positioning has deviation, investment is unreasonable in industrial structure, operation and management of the operating mechanism is imperfect, and the lack of effective exit mechanism. To proceed with the venture capital concept, characteristics and stage of development, we analyze the development status and problems of the current development of venture capital in China, then discusses the need for the development of Chinese venture capital industry, combined with the case of CVIC Company to analyze how to innovation venture capital model of development. Finally, we put forward the development trend of Chinese venture capital and development opportunities in the future.
