音乐天才儿童的鉴别与培养—以著名钢琴家郎朗的音乐成长经历为例

孩子有没有音乐方面良好的潜质，是否能成为像郎朗一样的天才,需要鉴别，而不能盲目地培养。本研究通过对著名钢琴家郎朗成长经历的系统解读，揭示出郎朗在音乐方面的天才特质，并从自身、家庭、音乐教师和社会四个层面分析了影响音乐天才儿童培养的因素及相应的培养策略。这对于如何有效鉴别与培养有音乐天赋的儿童，挖掘儿童的音乐潜能，具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract: We cannot culture children blindly .It need us to identify whether a child has good potential of music and become a genius as Lang Lang.Through interpreting experiences of the famous pianist Lang Lang, the study, has revealed the genius qualities of the music on Lang Lang and analyzed  factors that affect the cultivation of gifted and talented children on music and the training tactics related from the children,families,music teacher and society. The study may provide certain references on how to effectively identify and cultivate the musical talent of children, and how to tap the potential.
