欧亨利作品《华而不实》和《爱的牺牲》中的爱情观

欧亨利的作品善于描写下层年轻男女的爱情故事，其间表露出来的思想与现代大学生的爱情观有某些相似之处。本文主要通过分析《爱的牺牲》与《华而不实》这两部作品，透视欧亨利的爱情观，进而分析其爱情观形成的原因。再将作者的爱情观与现代大学生的爱情观进行对比分析，从而总结出大学生的爱情观与作品中的爱情观的相似之处，提出形成合理爱情观的建议。
本文揭示出，虽然大部分大学生持合理的爱情观，但对坚持消极爱情观的学生也不能忽视。现代大学生应该避免对功利主义和实用主义的过分追求。健康合理的爱情观需要双方的相互尊重，给予对方爱比索取爱更让人幸福。大学生合理爱情观的形成需要个人，家庭及社会的共同努力。总之，在现有的社会环境下，形成合理的爱情观具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract

O • Henry is good at describing the love story of the young men and women of the lower class. To some extent, the love view in his works is similar to college students’ love view in modern society. Through the analysis of these two works A Service of Love and Lost on Dress Parade, the author aims to explore O • Henry’s love view, and analyze the reasons for the formation of his love view. And, then the love view of college students and O • Henry’s  will be compared and analyzed, in order to present the similarity between them and put forward suggestions of how to form reasonable love view of college students.
The dissertation reveals that, although the love view of most college students is positive and progressive, the negative love view can not be ignored. The modern college students should avoid utilitarian attitude and the pursuit of pragmatism. Healthy and reasonable love view manifests the respect for each other and the preference for devotion rather than request. The formation of reasonable love view requires the endeavor of individual, family and society. In short, in contemporary society, the formation of a reasonable love view has great significance.
