浅谈中美快餐文化的异同

现代社会，伴随着人们日益加快的生活节奏，快餐日渐成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分，对人们日常生活的影响也日渐加深，快餐文化也随之广为传播。作为饮食文化在新时代背景下发展出的一个分支，快餐文化体现的是传统饮食文化对快节奏社会的一种适应。以快捷方便、适合年轻人口味的食品以及舒适卫生的用餐环境迅速得到年轻人热烈欢迎的快餐对中国传统饮食行业形成了巨大的冲击，随之而来的快餐文化又对中国传统文化构成了挑战。然而，中国快餐文化和美国快餐文化各有利弊，难分伯仲。因此，如何吸收美国快餐文化中积极有利的方面来发展中国的快餐文化，弘扬中国传统饮食文化，加深中美方文化交流就显得格外重要。
本文将从中国与美国各自不同的历史文化和饮食文化背景出发，探索中美快餐文化各自不同的产生和发展轨迹，分析两种快餐文化对社会生活的影响，从而总结两种快餐文化的利弊，对跨文化沟通的成功实现起到一定的参考作用。

A Brief Discussion on Similarities and Differences of Chinese and American Fast-food Cultures

Abstract: With the increasing development of people’s life in modern society, fast food as the indispensable part has influenced our daily life every aspect. As a new branch evolving from the traditional food culture in the new era, fast food culture reflects a kind of traditional food culture’s adaptation to the fast pace in the modern society. American fast food featured with convenience and fast, tasty food and comfortable dining condition has rapidly gained great popularity among young Chinese. The subsequently emerging American fast food culture makes another challenge against Chinese traditional culture. While, Chinese fast food culture and American fast food culture both have advantages and disadvantages and we couldn’t easily judge which is better. Therefore, it is extremely important to absorb the positive and favorable aspects of American fast food culture, so as to develop Chinese traditional food culture and deepen the cross-cultural communication.
This paper explores the respective origin and developing process of Chinese and American fast food cultures, based on the different histories and food cultures of China and the United States, and analyzes how these two fast food cultures impact on social lives, thus the respective advantages and disadvantages of these two fast food cultures have been summarized, which makes some constructive contribution to the successful realization of cross-cultural communication.
