电话礼仪和语言技巧在电话销售谈判中的功能研究

  随着我国经济的发展,我们的生活中渗透着许多商务活动,而作为商务活动的重要组成部分,商务谈判在近几年越来越受到人们的重视。但是如果人们忽视一些电话礼仪,有可能会导致许多不必要的问题,而这些问题往往会成为阻碍谈判顺利进行的障碍。在众多的商务谈判中,电话礼仪主要影响电话销售谈判,能否恰当地运用电话礼仪会对电话销售谈判的结果产生重要的影响。因为人们通常认为电话是连接双方的桥梁,简便易行,而正是因为它的方便所以人们经常会忽视一些电话礼仪。如果我们不去了解一些关键的电话礼仪细节,有可能会给我们的谈判带来不利的影响。假如人们能恰当地运用电话礼仪同时又掌握了语言的技巧则会使电话销售谈判事半功倍。本文通过研究电话礼仪和语言技巧在电话销售谈判中的功能,论证其重要性,从而引起企业和相关从业人员的重视,以增强他们在商务谈判上运用谈判礼仪和语言技巧的能力,促进企业的发展。

The Study on the Function of Telephone Etiquette and Language Skills in Telesales Negotiation
Abstract
As we have entered a new century, there are many business activities in our lives. It is easy to achieve success through etiquette and skilled language, but if they oppose them, there will be many unnecessary problems for them to settle. During these etiquettes, the study of telephone etiquette is more important in that telephone is usually considered to be a link that connects two parties and people may make some mistakes unconsciously, as it may look very simple, but we often neglect some very crucial details which can affect the results of business negotiation. Moreover, among all kinds of negotiations, telephone etiquette mainly affects telesales negotiation. The result of telesales negotiation mostly depends on skilled language and telephone etiquette. So through studying the function of language skills in telesales negotiation, we can stress the importance of telephone etiquette and the skilled language to the enterprises and the employees, so that they can succeed.
