从《圣经》的角度看西方文化的契约意识

希伯来传统来源于中东地区的希伯来民族,而希伯来民族的文化传统、宗教信仰等基本上体现在古老而伟大的宗教文化经典《圣经•旧约》中。《圣经》中有一个关键词“约”。“约”描述了上帝和人，以及人与人之间订立的契约。由《圣经》发展而来的各种传统对西方文化产生了深刻的影响。
此文讲述了西方契约型社会的建立与《圣经》的内在联系，以及《圣经》对西方契约型社会发展的影响。从几个方面阐述了《圣经》对西方契约型国家建立的指导作用，以及圣经思想对统治国家及人民思想文化所发挥的重大作用。《圣经》支撑着西方法治及契约型社会的建立，并影响了国家，民族及人民思想文化的建立和发展，对西方契约型社会的建立起了借鉴作用。

Abstract

 Hebrew comes from the Middle East region of the Hebrew nation, the national cultural tradition and religious belief, all of them is basically reflected in the great ancient religious culture classic, the Old Testament in the Bible. The keyword in the Bible is covenant. Covenant is firstly described to make contract between God and man. The Bible is also mentioned to make contract between person and person. Various kinds of traditions from the Bible have a deep influence on the western contractual society.
This thesis mainly talks about the relationship between western contractual society and the Bible, and the influence to it. This thesis states the deep influence the Bible leaves to western contractual society, and to control countries and people’s thought. The Bible supports the establishment of western legal system and contractual society, and has a influence on western countries and people’s life. The establishment of western contractual society also draws lessons from the Bible.
