【内容摘要】

国际商务谈判中的非语言交际及其重要性随着当前经济全球化的快速发展,人们越来越频繁地参与到商务谈判中,商务谈判是市场经济条件下最普遍的活动之一。成功的商务谈判要求谈判人员不仅要熟知谈判原则, 相关法律法规和商务业务,而且要掌握谈判技巧。而非语言交际作为国际商务谈判的手段之一,在国际商务谈判中发挥着不可替代的作用。
本文首先通过阐释非语言交际的基本概念以及主要分类(身势语,副语言,客体语,环境语言)和国际商务谈判的基本概念以及谈判各阶段与其主要方法策略,然后深入探讨非语言交际在国际商务谈判中的应用。最后作者强调指出:国际商务谈判者应该了解和掌握非语言交际在国际商务谈判中的作用与正确运用,熟悉不同文化中的非语言交际不同含义,并对它们所传递的信息作出及时准确的判断和反应,以促进谈判的顺利进行。

Abstract
Economy globalization has developed at a quick pace. More and more people take part in the international business negotiation. A successful business negotiator should not only understand the relevant principles and laws of international business, but also need to master solid techniques of international business negotiation. Nonverbal communication, as one of the means of international business negotiations, plays an irreplaceable role in international business negotiation.
The thesis firstly explains the basic concept of nonverbal communication and its main types (body language, paralanguage, objectives languages, environmental language) as well as the basic concept of international business negotiation and the strategies and skills in every stages. And then, it deeply studies the application of nonverbal communication in international business negotiation. Finally, the author draws a conclusion that international business negotiators should understand nonverbal communication and its application in international business negotiation. And it also points out that we should understand the different meanings of nonverbal communication in different cultures.
