素质教育背景下小学生课外补习现象的调查与研究


补习教育与正规教育相伴而生,被称为正规教育的“影子”。每个家长都拥有“望子成龙、望女成凤”的夙愿,为了使自己的孩子赢在人生的起跑线上,家长们不惜花费大量的时间、精力、财力给自己的孩子报名参加各种课外辅导班、兴趣班或者聘请家教,课外补习也便成为了时下的一种社会潮流。通过对杭州东城实验学校180名小学生进行调查,研究发现大部分课外补习教育是以应试教育为基础,旨在提高学生的成绩与名次,而忽略了学生其它方面素质与能力的发展,这与时下学校开展的新课程改革与素质教育的要求相违背,基于现今的教育发展状况而言,“影子”将会长期存在。因此,笔者将在本文中着重针对课外补习的种种弊端提出一些解决措施,从而使课外补习对小学生的发展带来更有意义的帮助。

Abstract

    With education and formal education consequential, known as the "shadow" formal education. All parents expect their children to have the wonderful future, to make their children win in the life the starting line, parents do spend a lot of time, energy and financial resources to their children enrolled in all kinds of after-school remedial class, or invited programs will tutor, extra-class continuation also became a social trend nowadays. Through to the Hangzhou east experimental school 180 pupils survey, the study found that the most extra-class continuation education should try education is based, to improve student performance and rank, and ignore the students other aspects of the quality and ability of development, this phenomenon and nowadays schools of new curriculum reform and quality education requirements against today's education development situation based on character, "shadow" will always exist. Therefore, the author in this paper focuses on the to extra-class continuation to put forward some measures to solve the disadvantages, thus make extra-class continuation of development of students to bring a more meaningful help.
