中国特色新词的文化内涵及其翻译

众所周知,语言变化同社会的发展息息相关,社会中出现的任何变化都会影响语言的发展。不论我们身处何方, 书刊、报纸、杂志、电视、电影广播、网络中呈现的最新汉语新词随处可见,新词己经成为我们生活中不可或缺的一部分。由此可见,加强对汉语新词翻译的学习与研究是非常有意义的。
本论文从跨文化的角度探讨新词的英译方法,作者依据相关的文化翻译理沦和实践,针对新词英译中出现的各种问题,及文化差异给新词翻译设置的障碍,通过列举近儿年出现的新词及其翻译实例,对新词的翻译进行了较为深入的研究,使新词翻译能在国际交流中发挥更好的作用。
全文分为五大部分。第一部分是对论文的概括性介绍:陈述了新词的现状、研究新词的目的和意义、新词翻译的重要性。第二部分是新词概说。详实介绍新词的定义、分类、特点等。第三部分是新词的文化内涵。第四部分介绍中国特色新词的翻译方法。第五部分对全文作出总结。

Abstract
    It is universally known that the change of language closely related to the social development. Any change in society may give language new space to grow. New things, new policies, new ideas, new phenomena have sprung up like mushrooms and integrated into our daily life. All of these manifestations find the most suitable reflection in language with the form of neologism.
In this thesis, the author has a research on neologism translation from the perspective of cultural connotation based on relative theories and some problems in the process of translation. With large numbers of examples of neologisms, it provides some translation strategies to deal with the difficulties caused by cultural barriers.
Altogether, the paper consists of five parts. The first part is the general introduction of the paper, including the current situation of neologism, the purpose and significance of the research on neologism. The second part is about neologism. The author presents a picture of the definition, classification, of Chinese neologism. The third part is about the cultural connotation of Chinese neologism. The fourth part introduces the translation strategies of Chinese neologism. The last section concludes the paper.
