浅谈多媒体技术在大学英语教学中的优势

With the wide use of computer, multimedia technology is adopted in the field of college English teaching on a large scale, which changes the traditional pattern of college English teaching and becomes a more and more effective method in college English teaching. Through a detailed, deep, and comprehensive introduction of multimedia technology, this thesis aims to investigate the advantages of multimedia technology in college English teaching.  There are many advantages of multimedia technology in college English teaching, such as improving students’ learning ability to use English, stimulating the students’ learning enthusiasm and so on. And it changes the traditional college English teaching pattern greatly.
This paper begins with the application of multimedia technology in college English teaching. The advantages of multimedia technology in college English teaching are mainly discussed in this thesis. The author also points out some problems in multimedia technology assisted college English teaching, and proposes some suggestions to solve the problems. At last this thesis ends with a conclusion that multimedia technology is good for college English teaching.

摘  要
 随着计算机的普及，多媒体技术已被广泛引入大学英语教学中。它改变了传统的外语教学模式，并成为大学英语教学的一种有效手段。本文通过对网络和多媒体技术详细，深刻，全面的介绍及了解，旨在说明网络多媒体技术在大学英语教学中的优势。大学英语多媒体教学模式能更好的激发学生的学习热情，提高大学英语教学效率，深刻地改变了传统教学模式。
本文从多媒体技术在大学英语教学中的应用着手，重点介绍了在大学英语教学中采用多媒体技术的优势，同时作者也指出了多媒体大学英语教学模式中存在的一些问题，并提出了建议 。最后文章得出结论，多媒体技术是有益于大学英语教学的。
