自主学习理论在大学英语阅读中的应用研究

This thesis aims to apply autonomous learning theory to college English reading in order to promote students’ reading ability. As is known to all, one of the main aims of teaching is to improve student’s reading ability so that students can make sound foundation for the further English learning and keep pace with modern society. In the first part, this thesis begins with the exploration of theories in the realm of autonomous learning. It analyzes the English reading situation of college students in the second part. This thesis tries to apply this theory to every step of English reading, including inspiring student’s best motive before reading, teaching them the right reading strategies in reading process and carrying out right evaluation after reading. In the last part, conclusion will be got that students’ reading ability can be improved in the autonomous learning theory.

摘  要
本文旨在探讨如何将自主学习用于大学英语阅读中,以提高学生的英语阅读能力。英语教学的主要目的之一就是提高学生的阅读能力,为以后的英语学习打下良好的基础,跟上时代的发展。本文首先介绍了自主学习理论框架和特点,然后根据当今大学生英语阅读现状,将自主学习理论用于阅读的各个环节中,包括读前培养良好的动机,阅读过程中运用正确的阅读策略和阅读后进行积极正确的反思和评价。最后得出结论,在自主学习理论下开展英语阅读是有效的,能够提高学生的阅读水平。
