中西方人际关系对比

Abstract
Interpersonal relationship is very important in people’s social life. Because interpersonal relationship in the final analysis is a kind of social relations, In a certain extent, relationships influence the development of social productive forces and social progress. The progress of the new interpersonal relationship reflects a kind of new advanced social relations. Advanced social relations of new political and economic relations give adverse which effect on productivity, promote the blend of social development. Backward and corrupt interpersonal relationship is a reflection of social relationships in backward, hindering the social development. In the social life, each person's interpersonal relationships are important which influence on our life.
  With the development of globalization, communication among countries is increasingly close, especially the two aspects of Chinese and western. It is well known that the great differences between Chinese and western interpersonal relationship, such as the relationships differences between family members, relationship between friends, and work colleagues in the relationship  difference and so on. Through the analysis of the differences of exist, further analysis the cause of these differences just in order to better intercultural communication.
  All in all, this paper introduced and compared the relationships between Chinese and western in order to do deeper research and exploration for the future research foundation.

摘  要
人际关系在人们的社会生活中具有十分重要的作用。由于人际关系归根结底是一种社会关系，在一定的程度上人际关系影响社会生产力的发展和社会进步。新型的进步的人际关系反映了一种新型的先进的社会关系。先进的社会关系要求产生新型的政治、经济关系，反作用于生产力，促迸社会发展。而腐朽落后的人际关系是落后社会关系的反映，阻碍社会发展。在社会生活中，每一个人的人际关系状况都对其人生产生重要的影响。
随着全球化进程不断发展，各国间交流日益密切，尤其是中西两方面。众所周知，中西的人际关系存在着很大的差异,如家庭成员间关系差异,朋友间关系的差异，工作中同事关系差异等等。通过分析存在着的差异进一步探析造成这些差异的原因，以便更好地跨文化交际。
总之，本篇论文对中西人际关系做了介绍和比较，为将来进行更深层次的研究和探索奠定基础。
