乐购中国公司的企业文化建设


随着企业竞争的日益激烈,企业文化越来越成为不可忽视的一部分。企业文化建设充分说明了一个公司的内在含义,同时公司的每一步策略都体现着公司的内在的企业文化。特易购作为成功进入中国市场的零售商必然有文化促进因素。本次题目的初衷就是分析特易购中国公司的企业文化建设。首先,作者对本文的整体做出了简单介绍其中包括对特易购及特易购中国公司做出了简单的介绍,分析了以往关于此项研究的研究程度及研究层面。之后就物质文化,制度文化两个方面介绍了该公司的企业文化建设,分析了特易购中国公司的优势并且提出了相关改进的建议,最后作者从五个方面展望了特易购的未来发展。

Abstract 
      As the competition among corporations increases, the corporate culture plays a more important role. The corporate culture construction will show the internal meaning fully. As one retailer that comes into Chinese market, Tesco has amended many things in culture. This topic is designed to analyze the enterprise culture construction of Tesco's China Company. The author first gives a brief introduction to the TESCO and TESCO China as well as analyzes the previous literature and the research level. Then it introduces the culture construction of Tesco China from two aspects. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes advantages of TESCO China Company and puts forward relevant suggestions for improvement. At last, the author summaries the development prospects of Tesco China from five aspects.
