分析谷歌孕育创新的企业文化

Abstract
 This paper introduces the importance of corporate culture and the impact of culture on a company. It focuses on analysis the innovation breading corporate culture of Google. First, it gives a general introduction of the histories of Google and expounds the definition of corporate culture. The article also mentions the previous studies concerning the issue of cross cultural business negotiation and the remaining problems in the same issue. And then the thesis makes a deep analysis on the culture concept and innovation of Google to understand the reason of Google’s success. Finally, restating the thesis of the paper. As a successful enterprise, having a good corporate culture and environment it is necessary.
