高校学前教育专业男生学习和生活状态的个案叙事研究

当前关于幼儿园男教师的研究大多集中在关注他们对幼儿发展的重要性,男教师的生存现状、入职与流失、专业成长等问题上,对即将成为幼儿园教师的男大学生关注较少。学前教育专业男生的学习和生活状态对今后成为一名幼儿园教师是至关重要的。研究选择了一位学前教育专业男生作为叙事研究的对象,发现其学习、生活以及心理状态均不容乐观,这是由于多方面的原因所导致的,最后,针对这些原因提出了一些改善的建议和策略。
Abstract
Most current studies of male preschool teachers focus on their importance, their survival situation, entrance and drop out as well as their professional development.
However, little attention has been given to male students who are to be kindergarten teachers. Actually the life and study state of male students are critical to become a kindergarten teacher in the future. A Male Student Majoring in Preschool Education was made as the object of the Narrative Research. Study shows that the life and study state of male students majoring in preschool education is rather upsetting, which caused by many reasons. Finally, based on the studies, this paper provides suggestions and strategies for improvement.
