Abstract
As market competition intensifies with the increasing homogenization of products,the market began to form from a seller's market to a buyer's market transition, competition further intensified the competition for customers has become the business and the focus of academic research. In this context, the author to absorb the large number of previous research results have been based on the quality of service through the study, customer satisfaction and the impact of the relationship between customer loyalty and hope to explore the mechanism of the impact of customer loyalty, which has won business from the customer point of view to provide a competitive advantage to help.
