中西饮食文化差异
本篇论文探讨了中西方饮食文化的差异。饮食是人类生活、生存与发展的必需，可是由于中西方文化传统的差异，导致了中西方饮食文化在观念、内容、方式、餐具、礼仪等方面产生了差异。随着国际的交流与融合,中西饮食文化业将会在交流中共同发展,这对全世界范围内的文化交流将起到促进作用。通过对中西饮食文化差异的分析，我们可以更好的了解中西方各自的文化传统，从而更好的促进世界范围内的跨文化交流。

Abstract
This thesis explores the differences between Chinese and Western food dietary culture. Diet is absolutely necessary in the life of mankind, and even in the existence and development. Because of the differences between Chinese and Western cultural traditions, the Chinese and Western dietary cultures are different in concept, content, manners, tableware, etiquette and so on. As the communication and integration of the world, Chinese and Western food culture will be developed in common communication. This will play a significant role to promote the communication of culture in the world. By the analysis of the differences between Chinese and Western dietary culture, we can comprehend the respective cultural traditions of China and the West and promote the intercultural communication better.
