随着经济的不断发展,酒店行业的竞争也越来越激烈,企业发展要想取得成功,获得良好的效果,管理就显得尤为重要。本文首先论述了当前酒店行业的发展形势,然后引出希尔顿酒店集团,以此为例,从战略管理,细化到员工管理、营销管理、市场管理、文化管理等方面来论述这家国际化全球连锁的五星级酒店,同时也说明了在当前经济发展的形势下各个方面的管理对酒店行业发展的影响及重要性。在这样的管理方式下分析希尔顿取得具有全球超过500家连锁分支企业,年利润达数亿美元,并雄居世界最强旅馆榜首的原因。

Abstract
In the process of the continuous development in the hotel industry, it is particularly important to get good results if the enterprises want to be successful in their development. This paper begins with the description of the current developing situation of the hotel industry, and takes Hilton Hotel Group as an example to illustrate its strategic management, staff management, marketing management and cultural management in order to understand the success of this five-star global chain hotel. The paper also explains the developing situation of the hotel industry. Ultimately, the paper analyzes how Hilton turn to be a group company with more than 500 Hilton branch hotels, makes millions of dollars profit and ranks at the top of the world's largest hotels .
