Abstract
This paper focuses on the impact of the world’s biggest marketplace , online auction,comprehensive service model and use system. eBay is primarily an suction site, but through the“Buy It Now”option also functions as an online shopping mall. First, introduce eBay online auction,online payment and excellent customer service. The article also correctly applying the network system is introduced that makes a Web page much easier to operate. The thesis intends to use the eBay multivariate of marketing mode concepts towards the world’s biggest marketplace. This paper, in short, investigates those practices that distinguish eBay and why eBay matters both everyday and globally.
